Protein Pancake


The options for the Protein Pancake are ENDLESS. Below I will list my Pumpkin Protein Pancake. I LOVE this recipe because it tastes like a sweet dessert, and it is also filling and packed with protein!!

What you will need:

1. 1/2 cup of Organic PURE pumpkin- Make sure it is PURE or else you will be

consuming artificial sweeteners and we don't want that :)

2. 4 egg whites (If i am really hungry I will do 5)

3. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

4. Nutmeg

5. Cinnamon

6. Pumpkin Spice


1. Almond butter

2. protein powder

3. water

How to prepare pancake:

1. add 4 egg whites into a bowl

2. add 1 scoop protein

3. add in 1/2 cup pumpkin

4. Add in spices to taste

5. Mix all together in a blender bottle

6. Add coconut oil to a frying pan and pour ingredients onto pan

7. cook for about 4min on low and flip

8. Enjoy

How to prepare syrup:

1.Add 2tbl spoons of water to a cup

2. Add 2tbl spoons of protein powder

3. add 1tbl spoon of almond butter

4. Mic until consistency is of syrup

5. Pour over pancakes
