Sweating for the Wedding Month Three: Marie Kane



I don't know about the rest of you, but being that we are smack dab in the heart of summer, I'm constantly getting invitations to things like BBQ's, outdoor concerts and movies, and other carefree summer events. It seems everyone wants to take advantage of the long days and warm weather as long as they can.

 

But with that comes temptation…lots of it. It can be hard to say no to the crab dip, guacamole, homemade chocolate chip cookies, cheese, and an ice-cold beer. It's especially hard when you're in the middle of a six-month health and fitness transformation for your wedding.
