If you focus on what others expect of you, you'll continue to act on and attract more of what they desire for you. But when you can shift your inner thoughts to what you intend to create and attract into your life, you will no longer have to give mental energy to what others want for you.


Lemon water

1) Although we don't always like to talk about it- a lot of people struggle with constipation. Forget the over-the-counter medications (laxatives) and switch to lemon water.
2) Lemon water can freshen your skin-- Thanks to the generous amount of vitamin c lemons offer.
3) Boost your immune system- Once again thank you vitamin c!
4) Cleanse your liver! The liver can produce more enzymes out of lemon water than any other food
5) Helps with aches and pains- Lemon water can help reduce the uric acid we produce in our joints, which is one of the main causes of inflammation.

I suggest drinking 16oz of warm lemon water first thing in the morning- before you eat breakfast. I want to share this small step to improving your health and well being because it has worked wonders for me. I challenge you to take a few extra moments every morning to sit down and go over your affirmation for that day, what you want to accomplish, what you are grateful for, and drink your warm lemon water. It has improved my overall wellbeing and because of that I would like to invite you to give this daily ritual a try. Let me know how it goes :)
