Soulful Sunday



This week I challenge you to spend some extra time caring for your body. There are many healing and healthy options for you to choose from-- Stretch, foam roll, yoga, massage, maybe even soak in an epsom salt bath! We all know we should do it- but its the last thing we want to do after we have expended all of our energy working out. I can relate to that feeling of just wanting to leave the studio without foam rolling, stretching, etc. All I can think about is that yummy post workout meal and a shower! BUT when we neglect to put energy into our post workout routine we are asking for trouble, and by trouble, I mean injury. If you don't have a post workout routine at the moment, start small, try starting with a 5 minute stretch session. Let me know how it goes :)
