Bionic Mommy Small Group Classes

If you are an expecting mother, a new mom, or just beginning to tackle your post pregnancy weight, we’re here to help! Our Bionic Mommy program is customized for you in a professional and positive environment! 

Danielle, our pre and postnatal expert, and mother of three, will help you work through all aspects of motherhood from exercise to nutritional advice. Her safe and effective pre and postnatal interval training accommodates physical limitations that have resulted from childbirth and delivery.  You'll enjoy the small group training as you connect with other South Bay Moms and tackle the day-to-day obstacles while gaining strength, flexibility, and stamina.

Exercise with or without your baby! Carriers, strollers, and baby bjorns are welcome. 
Your Bionic Mommy program includes UNLIMITED Bionic Body and Bionic Soul classes along with Bionic Mommy Classes. Check the schedule for a full list of classes.

Meet Danielle Spangler - Your Pre and Post Natal Specialist

A mother of three, Danielle understands the physical challenges women may face during pregnancy, childbirth and recovery on both a personal and professional level and is passionate about helping mom's look and feel their best during and after having children.
She has a B.S in Kinesiology and received credits towards her Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in pre & postnatal fitness from the University of North Texas. She holds several certifications including National Academy of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, AFAA and Cooper Aerobics Institute of Dallas.
