Kristen started on her fitness journey back in 2010, where strength became her focus through aerial arts which lead to body weighted routines and yoga. Yoga is where she found the deepest growth of her mind body connection and her desire to share what fuels her passion. Wanting to help people find happiness through fitness and a healthy lifestyle. She is a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor since August of 2014. She also became a happy member of Bionic Body in March of 2015 where she developed her love of resistance training and happily subs the Bionic Flow Yoga in Heather Glovacks absence.
